All this anger in the media trips a deep familiar reaction in me.   When I am overwhelmed, I go dark and anxious. I neglect medicines and get less sleep. This disturbs me body and soul, you can bet it doesn’t help me feel good.

I don’t want to stay immersed in the agitation of dark, angry frustrating rhetoric, when more healing opportunities (light, laughter and learning) abound? I need to remember I have choice.  Remember to choose things that elevate vibration.  I can write or go for a walk, do a healing treatment, or read or get together with friends.

Get positive and use light to heal our bodies and shift our world.

Actively focus your life to on the positive and invite the positive in.  Select, beauty, joy and high vibration where there is choice and digest the low vibration where there isn’t.    When you have a chronic illness reduce the stuff that brings you down, chronic illness is a constant companion with its own weight, you don’t need any extra.  Figure out what your daily stress busters  are and how they fit into your self care routine.
