As the sun comes up every day manifest health in the choices you make. There is much you can do to build wellness while you work with your health care team to heal.

Years of un-diagnosed, untreated Lyme disease can leave you depleted on many levels. To heal fully you need to rebuild your resiliency. Recovery is an opportunity to manifest new levels of wellness by: nourishing your tissues, clearing out old toxins, de-stressing, rebuilding healthy biomes and constructing a joyful,fulfilling life. Make decisions morning noon and night that support recovery about, what we eat, not smoking, gentle movement, meditation, getting to bed early.  These decisions shape our future experience.

The foundation of my  Lyme self care is accepting responsibility for my physical, mental and emotional state. I believe that I can shape my own well being.  Manifest health from wherever I am starting.  How about you?

Build a Health Care team to support your recovery. Chose people who support your goals and have the creds to move you in the direction you want to go. Ask the help you need from family and friends. This may be a group of people escpecially at the beginning. Listen to them and begin to design your life around wellness evolution.

Healthy habits have profound effects on each day.  Our challenge is to embrace the changes in attitudes, diet, sleep and self care we know we need to rebuild health. Figure out how to take the changes we need, weave our Lyme self care into our routines.  Embrace a lifestyle that best supports our recovery.

6 M’s Shine Light on Your Wellness Evolution Journey

Self love and care opens the door to new wellness possibilities. Included in the 6 M’s are ideas for you to try to reduce inflammation, clear space and add the nutrients to help your body heal.  Ideas from functional medicine and Ayurveda that have helped many people.

Take good care of yourself  Begin to do the things you can to stop the ongoing inflammation damage. Do even more to build wellness. Learn, be an active partner in building your recovery plan. Manifest Health

This can be a tough shift I won’t argue that. I had dig deep to find my why and my will.  Understanding how healthy habits work to support immune health really helped me embrace staying on track to meet my goals.

My reason to make all these changes was to feel better. Recover my power and purpose to help others. What is Your why?
